Front office gals and bellman were terrific. Made what looked like a great deal on suite with hot tub for extra stay. Location/view of property are great. Nice beds/linens. Fresh and clean. Good service.

Hot tub not so hot. After extended bitching to get it turned up the water was changed so it never got warm enough to use it. Room layout pretty curious with blank wall where the view was. Sliding glass bathroom door bounces back so you walk into it and light through disturbs your partner at night, lots of baffling light switches that don't dim. Good luck getting the single English paper before it is gone. Need sign on lower road and better explanation when you have to get talked in.

The location, right on Caso Umberto (the main street of Taormina), was perfect and this was one of the only hotels in Taormina without stairs for a handicapped person. Staff extremely helpful (truly went out of their way to assist) and the views are the best in the city. If you are looking for a modern ultra luxury property and don't mind paying the high end price, this is a great choice.

While a minor issue, the number of light switches in the room were confusing.

The Staff at reception make you feel that you are someone not like many other hotels that make you feel that you are just a number

The location, design of the hotel, the staff. An extremely beautiful, luxurious, friendly experience.

Finding the hotel on arrival. There was no information on how to find the hotel once we were in Taormina and where to park the car! This was extremely stressful.

Fantastic hotel located in Taormina, the infinite view of the pool is magical! It's seafood sashimi was delicious! I love this hotel!

Great welcome and fantastic accomodation. Best hotel ever visited! As we were on honey moon, we were upgraded to a suite and were offered a breakfast on our morning of our arrival. Add to this an excellent service (for instance by a personal welcome on the street to ensure you park at the right spot), a super view on the sea, and central accomodation. For sure we will come back!

The view is spectacular with perfect location right on the main street! The bar and restaurant in the lobby is definitely worth a visit, despite the fact that the price isn't cheap at all. Although the staff couldn't speak fluent English, they were very friendly and helpful, it didn't really cause much problem of communication. The hotel overall lives up to the standard of 5-star.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, probably the best in Taormina. All of the staff we came in to contact with were vert friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic. The pool is perfect.

although free wifi is available in th common areas, it would be good if it could be extended to th rooms too. Also, it would be more convenient to have iron and ironing board in the room.

Prachtig hotel, midden in het stadscentrum. Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt, klasse restaurant. Ongetwijfeld één van de beste hotels waar we al te gast waren.

Site exceptionnel, service parfait, vue fabuleuse, design excellent.

La ubicación, el personal, las instalaciones, el diseño y estilismo del hotel son muy buenos. El desayuno constituye toda una experiencia, tanto por las vistas como por la calidad de los productos que se ofrecen. Muy recomendable tomar una copa a la caida del sol en la terraza principal.

Daría un toque más innovador y de alta cocina a los platos principales de la carta del restaurante.

Hotel muito agradável, super bem localizado, tem vista linda para Taormina, e o staff é ótimo.

Faltou queijo no café da manhã, e opções de prato quente.
